TYPES OF BEDS

 Lets test ourselves on how many kinds of beds we know!

1.Sofa bed- A type of bed that consists of a sofa and bed joined together


2. Divan - A bed that has no connections attached to it. It is foam- like [no connections]. 

3. Camp bed- As the name implies,it is used in camps (school camps, church camps, teens camps)etc. It is easy to fold up and light to carry around.

4. Futon- This type of bed is made for sitting and it can be rolled out to make a bed.

5. Four-poster bed - The four-poster bed is a large bed with tall and long post(stick-like form)at the four corners of the bed with a frame over it like a cover and then curtains attached to its sides. It is mostly used by the royal families. Such types of beds were seen in Disney Animated movies; Cinderella, snow white,etc.

HEALTHY HABITS TO KEEP YOU FIT...(part 2)

1. Bathing Many individuals see this as normal. You will see a situation where by Mr.A takes his bath in the morning and then forgets that when he is back from work or any form of outing,he is expected to freshen up by taking his bath in order to clean dirty sweats, rather he would eat watch movies and then retire to bed.
