1. Bathing
Many individuals see this as normal. You will see a situation where by Mr.A takes his bath in the morning and then forgets that when he is back from work or any form of outing,he is expected to freshen up by taking his bath in order to clean dirty sweats, rather he would eat watch movies and then retire to bed.
If as an individual, you behave like Mr.A, I'm urging you to stop because such behaviours leads to rough skins, rashes ,dirt pimples, etc.
And for the ladies who apply make-up,it is unhealthy to apply make-up and sleep with it, you are expected to rinse your face with cold water before applying soap and water to your face.
2. Balanced Diet
As you already know,they say health is wealth. Eating a balanced diet is healthy, too much of junk food in the body is unhealthy.
Individuals are expected to have a meal plan, but if you don't, it's quite okay.
When constructing your meal plan, you are expected to have at least 4 to 5 out of the 6 classes of food in your meal plan.

OR

Water.
