There are lots of people within the adult range, teenage age, children stage who are unhealthy.
There are people who are healthy but practice ill habits.

1. Drinking lots of water
This is an important factor we should put into consideration.As an individual, you are expected to stay hydrated.
What are the benefits of drinking water?
a. It aids faster digestion of food
b. It aids easy excretion
c. For those into music, drinking water gives you a clear voice.
According to medical personnels, individuals are expected to drink at least (2 to 3 cups of water in the morning, afternoon, evening before going to bed).
2. Exercise
Exercise helps in keeping you fit, it helps in shaping your body.
There was a case of someone who did exercises every morning and evening, after he relocated to a new environment, he tried adapting to the environment, two weeks later he fell ill because he stopped exercising (He was uneasy).
There are simple exercises like jogging, walking.( it's advisable you take a walk)..
