I'm here to ring a bell on HYGIENE.

This article was made to focus on the ladies, women out there.

   As a girl growing up, right from the stage of being a child to being a teenager to an adult to the old lady age, you need to pay attention to your body and take care of your genital organs.

  Do you know that as you grow, your body system changes?

Every part of your body is vital.....

THE FACE: The face is one of the vital part of the body. It consists of the eyes,nose, mouth,etc{physical part}. When bathing, wash your face with soap and after doing so wipe the water away with your face towel. Do this to avoid the rise of pimples, breakouts, eczema, rashes.


THE MOUTH:It is advisable for an individual to brush their teeth at least twice a day and it is also advisable to rinse your mouth after eating to avoid bad breath/mouth odour..



THE PUBIC REGION:The armpit, mammary glands (breast area),the vagina (medium used to urinate and the anal area (to pass out faeces.). learn to shave your underarm hair when necessary.
Wash the breast region with soap and water, avoid scratching that region to prevent injuries and stretch marks..

1. Bathing Many individuals see this as normal. You will see a situation where by Mr.A takes his bath in the morning and then forgets that when he is back from work or any form of outing,he is expected to freshen up by taking his bath in order to clean dirty sweats, rather he would eat watch movies and then retire to bed.
